insurance premiums.
However, some exceptions

1. Health insurance
premiums if you are
receiving federal or state
unemployment benefits
2. Premiums for COBRA
qualified health insurance
3. Long term care insurance
premiums
4. Premiums for a health
plan (other than a Medicare
supplemental policy) for an
individual age 65 or older
**A Health Savings Account
must be established before
incurring any medical
expenses or the expenses
will not qualify.
